I feel that the assault with a deadly is a slap in the face to the people due to the fact Charles has done this same kind of act in the past that lead to another man in seriously bad condition and now he took it one step further and killed a person and assault with a deadly is all he got and had it dropped from murder....you should reinstate the charges to murder and let the jury make the decision thank you for allowing me to speak my thoughts

Absolutely we DO NOT need people like this suspect on the streets. There is already millions and one less would be better for Mendocino County.
