The most vulnerable members of our society, many of them not able to verbalise the abuse, there is no doubt that theseems were not one off offences. The sentencing was a joke!!

As a healthcare assistant these people disgust me with how they care for patients in their own home which is what a nursing home is to them a place where they are meant to be cared for safely and lovingly.

The sentances were a disgrace. Shame on the court that handed them down. If we treated our children like that we would be locked up.

sentence handed down is nothing short of a joke...community service how ar ya!!! lot of people out there having pity on them. actions have consequences and they should have thought of that, it was very hard to watch on tv the way those poor vunerable clients were treated. those people all of them should have got lengthy sentences. commit the crime do the time. this would only happen in Ireland. justice system badly needs overhaul.

Disgraceful if someone was to go out and just assault someone on the street for no reason theyd get six months to a year and have to pay them compo they were assualting and abusing ongoing regulary video proof and they get a tap on the wrist do the right thing and punish them properly those people deserve some dignigty

When aras attracta was highlighted on tv, I can honestly say never was so upset, disturbed and disgusted by the treatment of these beautiful, vulnerable people who depend on their care,I pray they get justice and appropriate punishment for the crimes they have committed and never ever work with vulnerable people or children again.
