These "friends" need to be thoroughly investigated and held accountable for their involvement in Teddy's disappearance and death. Negligence alone makes them complicit. Many years ago a tragedy very similar to this one happened in our family and there was no resolution; there is no excuse for that happenening in this case. Those who knew and loved Teddy deserve answers and justice in order to find peace in their own lives - something our loved ones were deprived of. Please make this happen.

My brother has been gone 10 1/2 yrs and his death was never investigated like it should have been. (Found in the river as well) I hope and pray Teddy's is so you can have some sense of closure. It's bad enough they are taken from us but then when we feel like their deaths are in someway dismissed it really eats at you. Prayers goin out to the family&friends.

I'm extremely sorry for your loss. I never knew Teddy but my heart hurts when I know that someone lost there lives because others don't know how to be a human being. I'm truly truly sorry for your loss.
