I would love nothing more to see than these girls behind bars! There absolutely FOUL PLAY!! And My Daughter Knew Teddy and went to school with him. And She knows the girls and they think its a joke about what happened!!

What happened was horrible, preventable, and worst he could have been saved from the water if those girls cared enough to get him help when he fell in. They didn't call the authorities and they didn't even care about what happened to him.

I didnt know him personally. But as kid growing up in eugene i drank at that spot by willamette many times....for anyone to leave a person there while blacked out is a crime and they should be punished.

I have full confidence the EPD will be thorough and reprimand anyone responsible accordingly. I'm so sorry to all parties affected by this senseless, unnecessary and absurd tragedy. My heart has been heavy for all of you. My deepest and most sincere condolences.
