I literally have to much to say. What they did is so wrong. That could of been Cheyenne or bitne or whoever was there, no one should be left behind. Just because he got "annoying " cause he was intoxicated....yet again there the ones who gave him the alcohol. They shouldn't have left him behind. He already fell in the water once and they had to pull him out, then they just left him there. He could clearly fall back in trying to get up to get home. I just wish they took him wit them home or someone but they don't care about anyone else but themselfs and who there taking home, and that's so wrong you should always look out for a friend. Intoxicated or not this world is cruel and anything could happen. NEVER LEAVE A FRIEND ALONE WHEN THERE BLACKED OUT DRUNK BY A FAST RIVER....I went to school wit teddy since middle school. It's so sad to have another young lost soul Rest In Peace Teddy

What happened to Teddy wasn't right. He was close friends with most of my best friends and we have hung out a couple of times so this really upsets me.. he shouldn't have been left and he will always be remembered by me and many others. #justice4teddy
