I too suspect foul play as immediately after Teddy was missing, Teddy's girlfriend Brittney was back with her ex, who just happened to be wearing a cast on his right hand. Eugene Police, Lane County police and Oregon State Police all refused to search for him or investigate his disappearance as they were too busy learning to distinguish gang graffiti instead of searching.

God bless Teddy, his family and friends. I believe justice should be served to the girls responsible in foul play that resulted in him losing his precious life, especially when it was just beginning. They had no business laughing and ignoring his need for their help and reckless endangering his welfare.
