Two children lured A cat out from under a car then set their dog to attack and kill him. These pyschopath children were banned from owning a pet and given a fine of £300 and their faces were blurred out and protected from the public. This is a disgrace they must be named and shamed and brought to justice for this disturbing case of animal cruelty.
