She should be charged with vehicular manslaughter. A accident is a accident, but to flee the scene and bail out and run, she knew exactly what she was doing!! She’s a criminal and should be treated as just that!! And to be in social media cursing at the family and acting like this is a joke is horrific, she obviously doesn’t care about the pain she has caused this family. More so his children!! The police department really dropped the ball on this one. I guess because Brittany's skin wasn't dark enough to be held accountable! I hope she rots in jail!

This makes no sense at all, she was caught in the woods which means she killed him. If we are suppose to slow down when we see State or City employees on the road working, why not for civilians! Charge her with hit n run, running away from the scene of an accident and manslaughter!
