We all have been guilty of a lacking judgement at times. The prank had no Ill intent and hurt no one. The punishment is to harsh for someone who has worked so hard and accomplished so much. Please do not take away something that is so important to him. Please forgive him as you would want someone to forgive you if you were him.

Steven is a good kid. He has performed spectacularly on both the acedemic and extracoricular front. All this should Ed be tarnished by a harmless prank that is tradition at pennsbury. I don’t know Steven that well, but I know him well enough to say that I’d be homered to have him represent my class at graduation, and the fact that this is happening is just cruel. Let Steve have his speech!!!

I am a parent of a senior graduating this year. Are we really talking about punishment for a senior prank? Unless they killed someone or otherwise ended up incarcerated, the suspension and cancelled speech is very heavy handed. Make it right before you can't.

Senior pranks are a tradition in many schools and this was funny and got people laughing. We need more of it and to put a negative spin on something as silly as this prank is unjust. He did not bodily harm anyone, no threats were made...it was simply a tradition that the class of 2018 was wanting to keep with. I understand using the district letterhead and signatures was not a good idea and maybe those on the letter feel embarrassed but again it was a harmless, funny senior prank.
