i am starting up a petition for a law to be changed in Malta,its a law in which Alfred Vella only got 3 months and fined €10,000 for the despicable cruelty he done to star the dog. www.timesofmalta.com/articles/view/20110621/local/accused-amits-shooting-buring-star.371740 this is the article detailing the court case etc in regards to what Alfred done,this is sick and horrible what he put star through. Star unfortunately died,it is thought that the actions of Mr Vella are to blame for this,and 3months and a fine is certainly not justice whatsoever! if you want to help change this law please please please sign this,we need a united front to show the authorizes that their laws are stuck in the middle ages and seriously need to be reviewed!
