There are no words to describe how this makes me feel. My heart aches for this precious angel and her family. She deserves justice for all involved. From family members that allowed that sick SOB to even hold her on his lap to the sick SOB himself. Karma is a bit cheaper. I have asked my parents in heaven to take this precious angel under their loving wings and show her love. RIP sweet baby.

As a tax payer I do not want to spend a dime on him he is not worth it but then again the death penalty is a easy way out.
