I'm deeply saddened for the family who have suffered such terrible death of their young son due to the negligence of this so called "Doctor". The first thing to do is ensure you get the correct identification of who this evil man is by notifying the General Medical Body of Medical Practitioners in Nigeria; could be the Nigerian Medical Council. But it's best to seek the appropriate legal advice of a competent lawyer who specialises in Medical Negligence. This is so unethical in Medicine and a lot of malpractice occur in this field with the greatest immunities. I strongly feel that this case will be an eye opener for any negligent so called medical doctors. Every Doctor has huge insurance indemnity policies and they also must make a vow to save lives in the possible best way that meets with the professional ethical ambit. I strongly recommend that every detail is noted and put across in your defence. May God give you justice and put this culprit behind bars where he belongs. This is outrageous. It's not your fault for rushing to a hospital where you had reasonable reliance to receive the best care for your son. You have done no wrong and this is such a sad case. I pray God comforts you all.
