He needs to pay for his crime . He took the life of an person that will never get to be with his family . Why should he walk free ? He was sentences to spenf his life there and that's where he should take his last breath .

I remember so well when this happened.Mr.Parker was always known around town to be dangerous.He took a young boys life and should be held in prison for the rest of his life.

I think it’s a shame that the Caskey family has had to work so hard to keep their son’s murderer in prison. They never had a chance to heal from their terrible loss because they have had to fight to keep Billy Bob Parker in prison all these years. Having to petition to keep him in prison robbed this family of any peace they might have had. For the life he took, and others he ruined, he should never be paroled.

Shane Casksey was my first love. Over the years I have thought about him many, many times. Shane never got to have children, have a cell phone. He never knew about computers. Shane never got to be there for his parents and sister when they needed him. At his sister Cathy's funeral, the thought that run through my mind was that Shane should be here for his family. Billy Bob was sentenced to life in prison. Please do not give him parole.
