Let there be a forensic examination done to the documents and find out the validity of it.

This is a blunt example of how the opportunist suppress the helpless.

A young democracy always struggles. But this struggle is mere perpetuation of old system. Kudos to Sacha for coming out and speaking up. But we must tell her it's nothing new in Bhutan. Should I tell you my personal story?; The same Royal Court of Justice (the highest Court in the country) ordered me to the office in regard to my father's case (after his death) and told me to sign the decision without reading it or go to jail. As my father told me, the decision was different though unjust when he was alive. Thus he had refused to sign.... It was a case in 1990 when 14 people from the North/East attacked my father's workers in the cardamom field and made away with 96 sacks x 40 kg = 3840 kg estimated of raw cardamom. The court wanted to dismiss the case with the return of 8 bags of dried cardamom. My father did not agree, rather died in defence of justice. However, the Court rendered me victim with threats of immediate imprisonment including racial slurs of "Zaga" being spoken not by the judge but by his secretary. Luckily, my colleague's father who was one of the judges in the bench gave me one hour time to think so that I must sign the documents instead of going to jail. That's how I escaped the jail sentence in Bhutan's Court but lost the case, the cardamom, the land, and paid Nu. 42,000 in fines...for what?!! I did not want to leave my country despite the public beating of my father/brothers in the hands of Royal Bhutan Army, my own public beating in the hands of Royal Bhutan Police besides kicking me and all Southern Bhutanese out of Druk Air, the National Airline (I was the first pilot from Southern Bhutan, trained abroad under ICAO fellowship) But the treatment in the Highest Court of Justice in Bhutan made me feel that I was "a man without a country." That was one of the reasons I left my country. Now, this is not to diminish your case Dr Sacha, but understand the recent history of Bhutan and fight accordingly. Justice for Dr. Sacha

This is only one case out of closet in social media to show the world that Bhutan's corrupt judicial system. Bhutan Government owes millions of dollars to be paid to its citizens those who were kicked out on the gun points in 90s, and compailed to be refugees. Political right, economic right, and basic fundamental rights belong to only those who are near and dear of royal family. No matter what the circumstances are, justice will be served in the favor of near and dear ones of Royal family to protect and preserve the monarch.
