I read the documents from top to bottom. Firstly, your sister shouldn't have signed the documents on behalf of her mother but at the same time, how can legal authorities passed the jurisdiction in favor of Ap SP when they already know that her mother's thumb print is forged. Can their sons and daughters have every rights to sell properties which actually belongs to their parents? When her sister was made to sign the documents under compulsion, they knew that her mother who actually is the right owner will not allow her daughter to do that. And they knew that the only options to make her sign was under compulsion (that is her mistake though). Still then, i don't think Ap SP is liable to get their building when the building is already in her mother's name/BNB. What Ap SP can do is that he could sue her sister for lies, cheat etc etc. (after filing a case in court) coz she doesn't even own a building in her name.
They need to send thumb impression for forensic examination and if it is forged, then her sister is liable for imprisonment.

His Majesty should intervene in this matter as the person described by petitioner is very strong in terms of money and power. I don't know nothing about the judicial system of Bhutan but I know His Majesty will deliver his rightful justice to the lady.I have a faith on His regime.

i am not aware of the case and know nothing about the case but after going through it, it is kind of hearing thrilling story of the judiciary judgement made to the case but i am not saying that "BHUTAN LAW OF JUDICIARY" is person oriented instead it is EQUAL AND JUSTICE to every Bhutanese........may be the problems of getting right decision from the chair of justice depends on the persons that deals with the case in the courts.....i suggest !!!! if it is so ....you are not fit for your profession ...better quit your profession before you are fired and get killed by the victim .....mind that ........................
