The top leaders have are wicked for not keeping to promise of grant disbursement. They enjoy extorting poor masses but live big. Collection of money they enjoy but when it time to disburse they we come up with fight among themselves without considering the poor masses paid for registration, certificate training, inauguration ,vest, cap, meeting here and there transportation, proposal cost, typing and binding, submission cost and so many other payment.
