SEM AND TELPECON GRANT SHOULD BE PAID TO ALL NIGERIAN THAT REGISTERED, IS IT A CURSE IN NIGERIA THAT WE CAN NOT DO WITHOUT CORRUPTIONS? JUST FOR ONCE BE HONEST AND TREAT PEOPLE WELL. WHY ARE MOST PEOPLE SELF CENTERED, IT SHOULD GIVE ONE JOY TO BE USED BY GOD AND EMPACT ON MILLION OF NIGERIAN.
