I have made multiple payments as a Director in an outlet to Ishiba NGO/SEM for their promised grant that I haven't benefited from since 2017.
The same is applicable to Telpecon grant. Out of the merger resources available, I had to coughed out thousands of Naira and I am heavily indebted as a result. I demand justice and refund.
