I'm not a member of the 'hang em and flog em' brgade usually. I trust judges to to sentence according to guidelines and individual circumstances, but this sentence does seem unduly lenient.

His sentence is a discusting maybe the judge should think how they would feel if it was their child Sean’s family has been through so much heartache and then for that monster to be jailed for two years to my just adds more heartache upon the family NO justice at all

A young lad robbed of his life due to a dangerous driver and the sentence is 2 years ? Meaning he will serve a year maximum, judge should feel ashamed at the sentence issued as the grieving family's sentence is for life.

A dear boys life taken too soon, i could only imagine if it was my son. Do something about it!!! Shot system I'd get more time for drug dealing and that's saying something!!

This isn't justice, travelling at that much speed isn't a matter of carelessness , it is a conscious decision to exceed the safe speed limit.
