We, the signers of this petition, adamantly request justice for Sarah Pesa-Wale in the form of an indictment and subsequent trial of her husband, Eric Wale.

Sarah was murdered in her home in Watertown NY on August 28, 2015. By his own admission, her husband Eric Wale, was the only adult present at her time of death which has been ruled a homicide. If a "Grand Jury must determine that the evidence is legally sufficient and that it provides reasonable cause to believe that the defendant has committed the crime."*, we , the signers of this petition, believe that this admission in and of itself provides more than reasonable cause to believe that Eric Wale committed this crime.

A loving mother of three small children, a nurse in her community and an advocate against addiction, Sarah was a beautiful, kind and compassionate young woman who was horrendously and needlessly taken from her children and her loved ones. She touched the lives of all she came in contact with and her and her children rightfully deserve to see her killer held accountable for his heinous actions that resulted in her loss of life.

We respectfully request that justice is done and that a jury of his peers determine his guilt or innocence. Only then will we be satisfied that you have gone the distance to see that justice pervails for Sarah.
