The 25$ fine is a completely ridiculous ruling! She killed an innocent child and gets off free while I was charged with a felony that wasnt rven fair and got more then what was recommended... way to go to the judge! She needs taken off that bench once and for all. Then maybe fair sentencing will be handed out. This little girl went through so much in her short life and an,it's an, oh it's ok because your soon to be step monster hated you and killed you because she " forgot". Yeah, but got her own kids out of the car... this is what happens when daddy big bucks comes into play... same judge too, huh... as usual the money talks and that's what's it about.

That child is dead due to the actions of her future stepmother. It was involuntary manslaughter at the minimum.
