She should be charged with homicide. Really involuntary manslaughter? See always parked out front in that day coincidentally parked out back really? My sincerest condolences to this beautiful child's family. I am a friend of Tai Harris and she told me about this tragic nightmare. I have no words to express but how on earth does a grown person do this? And I hear she had to back up in the spot? That will be the game changer in this trail. I am very confident this case will be a slam dunk. Too many holes in her story, and why did it take so long for the police to arrest this psycho? Her report said that she told them she took bags out of the back seat and had to back up for her spot, what am I missing? The whole goal for putting this child in the back seat was to take her to nursery. I can't believe they only want to charge her with manslaughter.

This feels like such a miscarriage of justice. I do not personally know the family & I do not know the circumstances surrounding this incident. But from what I do know, too many things have gotten in the way of this little girls justice due to professional relationships carrying over to personal favors. That in itself is a miscarriage of justice for this little girl. And I feel in my gut, as a parent, that there is no way this was a mistake. I so hope that this community and our leaders will do what is RIGHT by this little girl.
