Things like this are not excusable accidents - if it even was an accident. Toughen the laws on protecting our children and animals so others won't be so neglectful and careless, or think they can get off so easily.

samaria deserves justice...this sweet angel was taken from us way too soon. there was nothing involuntary about this, she deserves to be charged with homicide! fly high samaria!

Please lets take another look at this woman and her past. This tiny angel was taken bc of her actions. From the information on the web there are just to many things that arent right. The first and formost is the loss of this precious life but the rest leading up to that just screams intentional in my opinion.
