This is beyond disgusting what she did to this beautiful little girl. How is this not murder when she took the time to drop her own child off at daycare in a whole other part of down. I truly hope this family gets the justice they deserve for their beautiful angel.

The charges should be called what they are, manslaughter, murder in the first or second degree. There is nothing involuntary about this woman's actions.

The DA in Lycoming County should NOT be permitted to play games with this case!! He picks and chooses the cases and victims he personally feels are worthy of his precious time without any regard to the police who investigated or the families who've lost their loved ones. This beautiful child was literally cooked in that car, and there are so many unanswered questions and "facts" reported that make no sense. This is a devastating loss to her family, and there should be significant charges and jail time--anything less is a despicable travesty of justice.

I'm a mother and grandmother...cannot imagine how anyone could forget that a precious lil one is in a car...shouldn't be parents or responsible for lil ones if you lack the intelligence to remember they are in a car with you...YA JUST DON'T FORGET!!!...that's an excuse and a poor one at that...RIP Lil Angel!
