This type of thing should never happen. We need to make it known that the punishment should fit the crime. This little girl went through to much suffering because of this woman. Lock her in a hot box !!

The lady should have got manslaughter it was not involuntary. How did she take her own kids to daycare and mistakenly forget her boyfriends kid. I would never forget my stepsons and my own kids. Not to mention she had to back up into the parking lot so your supposed to turn your head towards the back of the car to back up.
