A grave injustice has been done to Samaria her family and all of our children in this state and country. We are setting a presidence that it’s ok to “forget” about our children and not be held accountable. The Lycoming Cty Courthouse is clearly corrupt and dishonest. Not allowing clear evidence of abuse to be admitted on the prosecution side but allowing character witnesses on the defense side? Corruption and neglect at its finest!!

I don't believe she got what she deserved and its sad they let her go with that... She killed that little girl... How can she even live with herself and her charge? Does she not feel guilty? She killed a child... So young she couldn't even start school, make friends, enjoy life!! So sad!!

Too many incidences were present for the child not to discovered or remembered in time. The fact that she backed into a parking spot and didn’t see the child is a huge red flag to me!

She deserves the same punishment, she gave her step daughter. I would never in a million years leave a child in the car, I have three step children. No kids to my self. But I couldn’t live with my self. I do t know how your out here living, I would have killed my self by now.
