Robert Sylvester kelly deserve his due process like all USA citizens. And his have been violated, many of Robert Sylvester kelly constitution rights as well. Robert shouldn't never been locked up and charged for a television show called surviving r kelly when nobody went to court first, no judge declared Robert Sylvester kelky guilty then this show can come out if rob was found guilty! But, he has not the show aired and Kim foxx the Chicago prosecutors the next day do a new conference charging rob with a crime base off of a TELEVISION SHOW! This had never happen in the United States laws!! And its not even written that this could be done . So how was KIM Foxx allowed to drop criminal charge on Robert Sylvester kelly???? When no crime was committed! And not declared first by a judge? All charges in New York and Chicago Federal and state and any other cities NEED TO BE DROPPED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!

Robert jelly is no danger or threat to the community. Nor is he a flight how can he when y’all have his passport all of his rights has been violated and he is entitled to a fair trial just like anyone else .its unethical of how y’all treating and doing me.kelly.
