Why is he not being treated as fairly as he was during his first Trial with not even the Courts of Justices consideration for how Mr. Kelly has never ever missed a Court Date, a Court Hearing of such and has complied with each demand the Courts have Instructed from him. He deserves to have a Bond and To Be Free the same as he once had before. He’s being punished for a television show that is opinionated and not factual.

I feel as though Mr Kelly should not have to face the same charges that he was acquitted of in the past .he seems to have put all his time into his music I don't see a mean streak in him and this seems like people are in this for money it's a one sided story

can you please look into giving him some kind of a bail. Put him on home monitoring, weekly probation visit. Conduct monthly/weekky drug testing.

Robert Sylvester Kelly deserves a fair trial.. His constitutional right have been violated.. He does not have no criminal record nor is he a danger to Society.. Robert Sylvester Kelly deserves a bond so he can have a fair chance to fight his case.
