I am a retired Homicide Detective and I must say that Robert Sylvester Kelly aka R. Kelly is having his Due Process Rights stricken from him right in front of our faces. What happen to justice having equality.
I have been working on this case since Mr. Kelly has been "KIDNAPPED" and I personally see his rights are being overlooked because he is a "Black American". At the state of racial civil war against black people, this is the main reasons I retired; my team knew I was one of the best Detectives, because I didn't leave until I found the murderer and gave a lot of families closer. Now I ask for justice to be fair and equal for black Americans. Please let Robert Sylvester Kelly get out and be confined in his home to prepare for his trial.

Free an Innocent man that have not had his day in court..He deserves due process..It has now been 1 yr 2 months and 12 days he deserves to be out to prepare for his trial.

He is no danger to even a fly. The danger is imaginary and self constructed by the prosecution from false stories of female stalkers, they are calling victims. The charges do not represent the true kind, honourable, generous man he is and are fabricated stories using F.E.A.R (false evidence appearing real). The real danger to the community are these women & their families who have managed to corrupt justice with stories made up together for greed. The justice system has grossly failed him the true victim of this corruption ! He should be protected from them. They are the danger.
