Why won’t they let Robert Sylvester Kelly out on house arrest ? He’s don’t have a criminal record , and never missed a court date when he was not in custody. Robert has high Blood pressure, diabetes , like so many Black peoples ; n the CORONAVIRUS can be fatal result. Michael Avenatti was let out in New York, n is convicted felon facing 23 years.
