Im signing this petition because i know first hand that knife crime can have on a family my brother was stabbed to death in 2001 it is about time these courts stick the perpetrators of such crimes in prison for a long time and not just 4 years or 6 years theres no justice for that and the familys of the victims all think that sentances should be increased

I wish to be included in the petition against knife crime and the low sentence handed down by the court my grandson died October 31 St by knife wound to the chest his killer pleaded guilty to manslaughter received sentence 4 years 4 months because his killer was aged 17 at that time by the time Ethan Tucker went to court he was 18 man enough to carry a knife and take a life not man enough to except consequences

Again another man dies at the hands of a teen with a knife...cold blood. When will CPS get a grip of being too lenient whether it be a gun a knife or any murder. Life for a life....not even 12 years only just over 6 for killing someone? God help CPS if they have to go through the same. May our thoughts be with you. Justice system has rotted with being too soft.

The sentence handed out in this case is unduly lenient. It deserves to be increased. Once again the spineless CPS have gone for the easy option.
