No winners in this !!!! But I’ve waiting a long time to speak for someone that can’t !!!
That child was beaten and stabbed before being dragged by a man 3 times his size into a property being told he was going to get fed to dogs!! And suffered a further attack in the garden !!!
This is why people it wasn’t murder it was manslaughter it’s called self defence .....the evidence of the assault in the alleyway is in cctv which must I have ...this child pleaded guilty manslaughter!!
In his own words he thought he was going to die!!!
Like I said no winners in this and he fought for his own life !!!
This petition is a waste of time as the prosecution were happy with the sentence otherwise a appeal for from them to get a more hardher sentence would of been put forward

THIS IS NOT A SHOWDOWN like I said no winners ..... This is why it could not go to trial for murder !! The evidence of manslaughter was there which he pleaded guilty too !! Remember if this had gone to trial the media would of had to say about the two knives and cctv and witness statements of a child being beaten and stabbed before another prolonged attack after being kidnapped and dragged into a property to be fed to dogs .......now I’m ready for this my time to have his say so feel free !!!

Absolute disgrace !! If you wake up in the morning and out a knife in your pocket then go out and stab someone to death and leave them to die without contacting authority's then you you are guilty off murder . I take it his sentence was for a manslaughter charge ?? Even so the judge should of sentenced him to a lot longer as you can receive s life term for manslaughter !! It should off at least been double figures , it just puts a statement out to people who carry knifes that you can stab someone , leave them for dead for there family to find and be out in just over 3 years !! Discrace RIP Robert #shame on the judge....

I believe 6 years ain’t enough, anyone that’s willing to take someone else’s life will surely do it again. It should be a life for a life expecially when it’s took with a knife

That sentence is an absolute mockery. The charge should never of been dropped to manslaughter, it’s MURDER! You carry a knife you have intent. Left children without a father and one he’ll never meet. Gutted for the whole family!
