Kasarah Riden should have been charged with vehicular manslaughter. It was snowing heavily and she was driving at a high rate of speed (80-100 mph) on country roads. Lost control and hit a grain bin killing Remington immediately. Kasarah had her seat belt on but she did not ensure that her occupant had hers on.

I agree Kasarah should not have her license. Her and her families only statements should be how sorry they are. I will sign this petition but I feel I must say for everyone who is fueled by hatred, Kasarah has permanent damage from the wreck that will effect her for the rest of her life along with the psychological damage that will also effect her the rest of her life (which is not always visible so the only one who can say if it is or is not real is God) not anyone human can say that girl will not be haunted through her life by the tradegy that took place that night. But I agree with this petition, she should've never been given her license back. She obviously should've never had them. But to hate a child for an accident which is exactly what it was is wrong. God bless Remis family and I pray you all find peace.

I didn't know either of these people personally but it affected a LOT of my close friends back when it happened. Having one accident that skills someone is a tragefy, but if this girl is still driving erratically and not taking safety into account it becomes negligence. Negligent drivers shouldn't be on the road.

I can't imagine the pain that never goes away. My children are my life. There is no doubt in my mind your love for Remi and you both deserve some semblance of justice. A drivers license is a privilege and shouldn't be in the hands of someone who doesn't respect it. This young person got a second that Remi didn't get but to turn around and repeat again? This needs to taken seriously and the states attorney needs to enforce the law. So sorry Gina my heart goes out to you.

Knowing both parties involved I agree with this petition and gladly sign it. I do NOT think miss Riden had excepted the fact that she has already taken one life and is a danger to herself, passengers in her vehicle, and others on our roads.
