January 27, 2012 Remington Lee Neeley was killed in a tragic accident. She was a passenger in the vehicle. The driver was driving at an excessive speed in unsafe road conditions causing the car to hit a grain bin. Remi was killed instantly. It has been 5 years of heartache for all who knew her. Now the driver Kasarah Riden, has gotten into multiple other car accidents, the most recent with her cousin in the car. Remi never got the justice she deserves. Please sign this petition to take this to the judicial system and get Kasarah away from the wheel of a car in order to keep others and herself safe so another tragedy does not occur. We also want to bring attention to the hate filled messages that she and her family has sent and share those as an innocent person would not need to continue to defend themselves such as she has. Let's get justice for Remi once and for all. Rest In Peace beautiful girl. Help this get to the new state's attorney Matt Kwacala.

Her driving privileges should be taken away not only by the justice system but her parents. I as a parent of teenagers would of done so with or without the law being involved not only for the safety of others but their safety.

I didn't know either of these people personally but it affected a LOT of my close friends back when it happened. Having one accident that skills someone is a tragefy, but if this girl is still driving erratically and not taking safety into account it becomes negligence. Negligent drivers shouldn't be on the road.

This girl should have her license revoked and should have something done within our judicial system. Makes me wonder who will be next. Our system has failed Remington Neeley, and her mother Gina Amos has been through so much hate from these people online and in person

Remi is my neice.. I was at the car and found trazadone meds perscribed to the driver..she got a 500 dollar fine..now she fell asleep and rolled her car again w another passenger. I feel there was no justice for Remi . I pray justice will be given to Remi and now her own cousin. In God's name amen

Kasarah Riden should have been charged with vehicular manslaughter. It was snowing heavily and she was driving at a high rate of speed (80-100 mph) on country roads. Lost control and hit a grain bin killing Remington immediately. Kasarah had her seat belt on but she did not ensure that her occupant had hers on.

This driver should never be given a licence ever again, and whoever is allowing her to keep her licence should be jailed along with her. Come on Australia, stop letting these perpetrators off with a slap on the wrist. JAIL JAIL JAIL.

Remi matters. Change the law, it’s inhumane.
