I support 2 things in the petition:
1- The need and ask for a swift trial of the accused with the appropriate sentencing.
2- The Lebanese government needs to address the situation of the Syrian refugees. Refugees need to be contained in refugee camps and assessed (background checks) before allowing them to be free to roam in society. It should be also left to the people of each Lebanese town to make its own decision as to whether allowing refugee to settle in the town or not. The decision should not be imposed by the government as high tension between residents and refugee can escalate crimes out of control.

To put limits to those incidents that are occuring very often we need to see at least serious corrective measure that can serve to be a lesson and educate people in some way. It is unacceptable to lose talents and our new generation this way!
We need to see once our government and justice showing respect and care towards lebanese who are always being victims of absence of rules and accountabilities and actions.
Justice for Raya and for many other souls!
