A developer such as Nshama should take responsibility to ensure due care and safety is their for all residents and visitors. If structures that are not safe and fit for purpose the responsibility of such structures surely is with the one who had the structure built. The quality of a structure being fit for purpose in a public area is that of the management committee (Nshama). Hence Nshama should show some humanity towards these children and their families.

This is disgraceful, surely the contractor and Nshama should have liabilities insurance? Why are they not being made to claim on this? Responsibility should be taken by Nshama and the contractors, it is unforgivable that they are not providing crucial financial compensation.
