My 5 yr old daughter is frightened of police because their abuse all because they are authority, a 5yr old kid should b able to look up to police an think they can call them if need b, not traumatized.

There is clear video evidence showing that the officer punched the victim and to cover his assault he claims to have slapped the minor, which thanks to the video you can tell otherwise.
