Keep this repeat DUI offender off the streets! It is evident via her past court histories; this monster does not adhere to the laws set in place as her actions speak volumes to the inability to value any life other than her own. Do not continue to provide her with the opportunity to destroy any more lives! Pete's entire family, including his three year old daughter, and numerous friends; have to live the rest of their lives in the emotional prison Carolyn Yovan has created for them!!! Truly sad . We vacation there every year and walk the very same street where's the justice. There should be No bond reduction and she should remain behind bars
