These dogs are beautiful natured animals. Don't declare this poor darling as something they are not. All animals deserve a chance to live a free life without muzzles and all that stuff.

Human aggression and prey instinct to small animals are 2 totally different things. Any qualified dog expert can tell you that. Peppa does not need to be declared dangerous. That's ridiculous!! Lock all the cats up and muzzle them, they kill birds and small animals!! Same thing!

Such a horrible situation for all involved. I feel terribly for the family that lost their cats. I would ask however how it is that the cats came to be attacked? Were they container on their own property or roaming around? This is in no way a criticism of the cats owners but a request of council to be fair and understanding in how this situation came to be. If Peppa's family can demonstrate they have taken reasonable measures to ensure she cannot escape again it seems extreme to declare her dangerous and deny her of he socialization so desperately needed to ensure she remains a well balanced, non aggressive dog.

To mussle and cage a bullterrier is horrendously cruel. The only danger they are able of is extreme effection.

Bull Terriers are friendly loving beautifully natured dogs. If the owners are being compliant why impose such a harsh punishment? Also I though cats were meant to be kept indoors at night for the safety of wildlife.

RIP to the furkitties I empathise with their family however, to remove the basic needs of another animal would, in any other forum, be considered animal cruelty. Social interaction is critical for rehabilitation. The muzzle should be the extent of it.

Don't let her live a life that isn't free. Dogs are the only things on this earth that are loyal and love unconditionally.. for something that occurred between two animals, it is not up to humans to intervene and decide on a punishment. It's nature, as unfortunate as it is.
The dog obviously felt threatened in some way - don't punish her for it.

This is definitely a once of case of a loving family dog, it would be of severe consequences to list her as a danger
