First offence. Forgive the sweet Staffies but secure their yard and padlock it closed.

Contest the dangerous dog declaration through QCAT (application form at your local court; fee waived if in financial hardship). I won a case and the declaration was set aside. Let me know if I can help. Argue that behaviour was out of character, get character references for dogs and show proof that you have since secured yard. Argue that declaring them dangerous is unduly harsh for a first offence and would severely negatively affect their quality of life if kept in a cage and not allowed on the porch etc. Good luck

Why would a dog all of a sudden break out of it's yard after 3 years. Maybe the roaming cat was actually the instigator and started this whole thing by roaming into peppa's yard first. Highly plausible and probable.

Dogs and cats fighting. I can't think in anything more natural than that.

Please give Peppa another chance. Dogs shouldnt roam, but neither should cats!

What a beautiful pup. You can't cage up and muzzle family members!

Please don't make Peppa live her life in a cage, I had a bull terrier when I was a child and she was so gentle and loving. They don't deserve their bad reputation.

Couldn't imagine being in the position you're in, I have a husky, who, like many dogs, has a high prey drive but I've been lucky enough that we've had no issues with that. I hope things get sorted out! x

This is wrong, the dog shouldn't be treated like that! ❤️ Hope the owner wins this!!!

Ridiculous, are you going to do this with every terrier because they all have a prey drive!
