look, seriously, penguin needs to get this back. its ridiculous. waypoint wouldnt even exist if it wasnt for penguin and other people. hes literally been working in either this group or the group that waypoint was born out of for over 2 years and managing his own group. the pure fact that the new owner has just decided to ignore everything hes done is horrible.

I have known Penguin for quite some time. We first met in a different group which led to Waypoint. Penguin has been here since the beginning. He is one of the most dedicated people I know. Since day one, I saw him working at the counter greeting customers with care and compassion. After that he launched off. Ranking up and proving everyone that doubted him or gave him negative thoughts wrong. Even when Waypoint was at its peak, Penguin helped in other groups giving them just as much attention while building his OWN group. It now has over 1k members and I can't believe how proud I am. I could never get that many people because I remember just trying to start my group and it was hard. I remember it was hard because I never even released my discord to the public. That's not Penguin though, his hard work and perseverance shows everyone what an amazing staff member he is and its rare to find someone like him. He's not only amazing at his job but he is loved by the community. Through just the #public chat on the discord I have seen so many conversations with Penguin in it. He interacts with the community and he found a home within it and I think anyone working beside him would say the same thing. Penguin has been working for this company over three years and I know he wasn't ready to stop. I understand owner changes mean change, but it shouldn't mean change of letting someone who has dedicated 3 years of there life to this group to just be let go.
