JW, thank you for commenting, we have viewed copies of the footage from the gas station. If you were there or you saw copies of the video, then you could clearly see Cashmere wagging her tail at the man. I'm sure he was startled by the presence of the dogs, but there was NO indication of the dogs biting him or attacking him in any way. The ambulance was not called and there is no record of him going to the hospital to receive treatment for any injuries or wounds. As for Pearland Police Department, we reached out to THEM, they never reached back out to us. MULTIPLE people told us that they'd encountered both Cashmere and Bleu on the day they were killed and NOT ONE PERSON REPORTED THAT THEY WERE ATTACKED OR BITTEN. It would be greatly appreciated if you didn't spread false information about a situation that you were A: Not present in and B: Had no part in. Thank you for your condolences, however your comment on this petition was unnecessary and rude. If you have any further questions or comments you would like to discuss, I would be more than happy to share my email address with you. Thank you.

To: J.W. I know these 2 dogs, and they weren't aggressive dogs. So for you to day this, that's an understatement. They would NOT, have just attacked not unless someone did something aggressive to them. They got out of the gate at THEIR HOUSE, due to the negelience of someone else not locking the gate back(Not Family Members). So you mean to tell me that they walked from their house all the way to Stomps and back to the school, Without bothering anyone along the way. And if this man was so viciously attacked, as you say, then where is the police report staying this, there was no Ambulance dispatched, to Stomps. And where is all of these so called witnesses. I wonder what you'd be saying had it been your furry friends.

Pitbulls are unfortunately discriminated because of their size, what people train them to do or past behaviors. I have a pit mix and she is the most loving and sometimes love to strong. I wish the incident was handled better. Sorry for lose. The are beautiful creatures
