A "language barrier" is absolutely no reason for immediate charges not to be brought forth. This little girl deserves justice and those responsible deserve the consequences for their horrid actions

How absolutely horrible. There are juvenile courts to handle criminal offenses by minors. Every effort should be made by law enforcement and the courts to properly investigate this case and determine guilt or innocence. With evidence on video, I cannot imagine the case not proceeding.

I an shocked that a petition is even necessary. Rape should ALWAYS be handled with strict and absolute justice regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, language or any other differentiation. Rape is still rape, even in another language.

This is an atrocity I don't understand for the life of me how an American judge can be so irresponsible and not set down a sentence like other judges have across the United States. If this judge can't see fit to unseal the records and prosecute to due diligence of the law then he needs to be removed from the bench.

The father should be charged as an accessory after the fact. Stop catering and being PC !! Do your jobs serve and protect!!!! If a 8 ye old was given life without parole something can be done!
