this crime should not go unpunished or over looked because of a language barrier just because they are refugees does not mean they have anymore or any less rights then anyone else in our community, and someone needs to be held accountable for what has happened if the kids can't be held accountable the there parents should be held accountable and the father for condoning such actions and high fiving his boy or boys for raping and urinating on a defenceless toddler

My condolences to you no person regardless of age or sex should have this done by anyone and the consequences in my opinion for any act like this is that they should have their penis removed so their disgusting actions remain with them for the rest of their lives and using their race as an excuse to push their heads up their ass and prevent them being accused of being racist is just as bad and the people responsible for that outcome should share the same repercussions as the people that committed the act
