Language barriers cannot be used as an excuse diverges disgusting crime. If these people want to take advantage of the safety and shelter kindly offered to them they must obey the laws of the country. If they do not c wish to them they should live somewhere else.

In addition, because of extreme cultural differences it would not be fair to our children to place these boys who committed such crime into our juvenile justice system.
