If someone comes to this country, that's great, welcome. But our laws are expected to be followed, and punishments for breaking them should fall on them just as it would fall on me if I broke a law. I wouldn't expect to go to a different country and do everything I'm can in America. IF YOU GO TO A COUNTRY, RRSPECT THEIR LAWS!!

As far as 'those' boys go, their are 'Boy's Homes' just for individuals like that, and imao, that's where the Court should send them, and their father held liable for the expense.
