If the authorities in Idaho can't learn from its elders, it will have to learn from its betters. I sign this petition not out of feelings, but responsibility - to the shame of those who would sweep this act under the rug.

The13 year old should be locked up until he turns21 & then depot him, and deport his parents right now. No tolerance or exceptions !!!!

The thirteen is old enough to know better. His high-fiving father is old enough to know better. These three rapists, along with their families should be deported back to their countries of origin. Amy Winehouse was denied entry for assault and drug charges in her own country. Why can't the rapists be deported?
