If this was a parent or babysitter assaulting this child it would be national news. This would be abhorrent no matter who carried out the attack but is all the more disturbing because the perpetrators are children and encouraged by a parent. or that this is a group of have claimed social and political asylum against atrocities in their own country. It is not the case that they didn't know it was wrong otherwise it wouldn't have been hidden.
