It is in comprehensible that nothing is being done to these boys or their parents. I think that immigrants who commit crimes or their children, should be sent back where they came from. If they want to live by our laws and culture they should be welcomed, however, they should know that they are responsible for what their children do and they should know that in our country we do not allow that kind of behavior.
