The fact that these are minors living in this country really concerns me. They have had very poor education and coming from areas where this behavior is common and even encouraged proves that they will grow up and as adults be offenders preying on women. They and their parents need to be charged with a horrific crime on a child. They obviously believe in Sharia law and will NEVER assimilate into our culture. These people are not fleein anything, they are infiltrating.
